I feel this is favorable for IU.

The NP checked Yes as to impact on employability but added:

"If yes describe the impact of each of the Veteran's thoracolumbar spine (back) conditions providing one or more examples: Current functional status regarding this service connected condition permits physical and sedentary employment, but is obviated by efforts to allow use of electric scooter/rollator. Avoid prolong walking, standing and sitting. Avoid activities that require lifting, climbing, repetitive bending."

Still I think this was a positive IU C & P exam.

and  the examiner cited Mitchell V Shinseki.......
