  • Can a 100 percent Disabled Veteran Work and Earn an Income?

    employment 2.jpeg

You’ve just been rated 100% disabled by the Veterans Affairs. After the excitement of finally having the rating you deserve wears off, you start asking questions. One of the first questions that you might ask is this: It’s a legitimate question – rare is the Veteran that finds themselves sitting on the couch eating bon-bons … Continue reading

Haven't Been Here In A Few Years

Recommended Posts

Hi,

My name is Glen I'm from South Carolina. I am a disabled vet @100% I worked my claim for almost 6 years with help from the internet. I came on this site about 5 years ago with questions and got some good answers. Some people said I was wasting my time but my stubberness and determanation finally paid off with help from my congressman state senator local senator in Columbia.

The best thing was when I put all this in the Lord's hands and we had people praying for us and it fnally came through on 12-19-05. It's took a year to get everything back to normal by getting everthing bsck on track. I am now involved in the American Legion And our county DAV chapter. I'm the service officer for our DAV chapter and I'm helping veterans with claims. So don't give up hang in there and don't give up. By the way I got Pres. George Bush in on this I've got his reply letter in my file. It Worked.

Hope everyone has a great New Year and God Bless.

Glen-Welcome back-----

It is a shame that you had to take these steps to get a proper award but for many of us- that is what it takes-

evidence is everything-but getting them to read it can become a battle-

Thanks for helping other vets. Your experience can encourage them to know that nothing is impossible and awards might take years but they can happen.

Berta

Glen:

Glad that you are back. I really don't see many here as discouraging a Veteran but I am glad that you won your claim. Also glad to hear that President Bush helped I really don't have much use for the man myself.

Thanks for your comments. I don't approve of Bush getting us into the mess we are in and the negetive comments I got about my claim did not come from anyone on the hadit website.

Thanks and have a great day. B)

    • Help needed bad Male MST
Is there anything for a man who's been diagnosed with PTSD secondary to MST. I see all this information and it's primarily speaking as if it only happened to females. If anybody has any advice for a man who suffers from this condition please let me know I'm not alone. Also let me know of any coping skills you've learned as I have lived the last 25-30 years of my life in full flight from reality.

    • Occasionally it becomes necessary for HadIt.com to come to the community to help raise funds. This is one of those occasions.

Financial contributions are never required, but always appreciated.

NOT tax deductible, HadIt.com is NOT a non profit and any contribution you make is just a gift and cannot be deducted on your taxes.

    • It's now May 3 3019. Still pending for notification and past estimated completion date April 29th. If it were negative would o would have heard something right. I'm assuming I have a good chance because I have evidence, however the wait is killing me like everyone else.

    • Man using HadIt name to collect funds - Go FundMe shuts down campaign following Raleigh man's arrest for fraud
I was interviewed for  this story. This gentlemen was using the HadIt name to collect funds for some non existent charity. "HadIt.com" is NOT a non-profit. "HadIt.com" will never have anyone collecting outside of Walmarts. If "HadIt.com" does not list a fundraiser on our site it is not affiliated with us. Please read the story and pass on that this person is NOT affiliated with "HadIt.com"

Note: The text at the top of the video lists me as a nonprofit founder. HadIt.com is a for profit, it is not a non profit and this man is not associated with our site and none of the money he collected had anything to do with our site.
