Question

Hello all im new to this forum/blog my husband is rated 100% and we've been denied. We think its because of the lack there of his medical records. We were going to Tuskegee va but ugh they were horrible no returned phone calls would set up an appt for him, didnt really seem to give a crap. we've recently started going to the cboc in Newnan and they've been awesome. Just had his first mental health appt since seeing civilian side, and doc wants to see my husband face to face 1x a week. She asked f he was receiving other benefits like the CareGiver Program and he told her we were just denied and she looked shocked.

Was wondering what you guys thought.... was it denied due to lack of records? should we bring his civilian side paper work? His C&P exams? Please help im in the process of sending appeal letter.

PS. we only received a letter no exam no nothing just the phone call were i was grilled with how i took care of him and then the letter.
