I believe it will come down to how much money they receive in order to hire additional personnel to get things caught up to a more manageable level of appeals.

will the people be competent, or have a mission in life to call all vets liars.... yes cynical, but 100% of my experiences...

Now that the Act was signed into law what are everyone's thoughts?  I have been waiting for a DRO review at the Atlanta RO for 645 days so I am not sure if it will help me out at all.

Please explain  how placing a deadline on veteran's presenting evidence during an appeal is a good thing.

If the VBA is going to take that away from vets, they should let vets hire attorneys to begin with when filing disability claims to help even the playing field.

Most veterans have very little knowledge on how to file an initial claim that is done properly that might succeed, so most end up denied.

Just another bullet in the VBA's gun to deny vets, and this way the VBA can do it expeditiously.

Am I misconstruing this?
