Especially if a Vet has been turned down by one of the better known VA appeals Legal firms or Attorneys.  It's all about the $$$$$$$!                                                                                                                                                                                                                   For Fee, Legal Firms take into consideration the possible 20% of Retro Award and the possibility of getting a Remand at the CAVC, which entitles the Firm to Legal Fees which in some or most cases surpass the 20% of Retro.                                                                                                                                                                                                                              If a Vet is rep'd by the Vet's Consortium, the Firm only scores a payday if Awarded Legal Fees at the CAVC based on either a Remand or actual Award.                      Semper Fi
