Why the clinicians guide is important:

The problem with older C&P exam findings is that the questions were not always included with the results. For example, the guide might ask, "D. Provide X-ray to determine extent of bone tissue loss", but the exam results might simply say, "D. None". The results are nearly impossible to read without the corresponding C&P exam guide, which Bullwinkle posted. For those of us who were not aware back then, exam results were difficult to read and may even appeared contradictory. For claims or CUE purposes, I assume the guide only applies to exams dated on or after the guide's release date, but I was not able to locate an earlier version online.

This is of particular interest to me because I had a number of C&P exams from 1995 through 2000 with results which appear to match up to the guide to some degree. It appears that this type of guide has been replaced with the standardized DBQ's.Thanks for posting this.
