MyhealthVet/Ebenefits?

As anyone had problems with the  New redesign MyhealthVet? &...getting to ebenfits?

I have always log in to myhealthvet check my notes/prescriptions  ect,,,ect,,, and then clicked on e benefits to log in check my benefit status  or when I had a claim going.

This new Design they have  ebenefits is no where to be found.

so how do you get to e benefits?

It' did that the first day for me then the next day it was fine say process of updates but just a different screen if it still doesn't work you can call the ebenefits # or if you can't find call and explain they'll forward you there.

yeah, no problem with myhealthvet

I just went ahead and made my e benefit's account separate from myhealthvet, it was just a little more convenient when it was with myhealthvet..I simply click on e benefit's and sign in that way...now I just open up e benefit's out of my favorites and sign in.

Lol to many passwords for me and I thought i was smart to keep a page on my desktop that had all my passwords until my computer was hacked changed all my passwords now I just deal with forget your passwords procedures over and over

Bookmarked. Then you just sign in at EB. After that you can get Heathevent info linked from EB.

Password pain. Norton has a free password program that keeps all your PW safe.  It automates many of them, but not the EB site. EB is an elevated level of authentication and it does not work w/Norton.

I also have a card file and 3 X 5 cards that I use alphabetically for PW's. Got some stored in there from the 90s still...maybe I oughtta clean in out someday.
