I have a new doctor to see on the 30th to find out why I can't get any medication or other treatment, through the VA, that will work on my trashed joints.

(But he doesn't know it yet).

He thinks I'm going in for an evaluation, which the private sector has been taking care of for over 20 years.

None of my 10 prescriptions are covered by the VA.

Surgeries that were recommended by the VA had to be accomplished through the private sector when the VA surgeon refused.

Personal gain seems to be the only real force guiding the government sponsored medical systems.

Congressmen flat lie about us in order to get re-elected,

military officers lie to get promoted and/or to keep their jobs,

the VA employees are encouraged to push for numbers at the expense of quality,

all of which is designed to give more pork money to each Federally elected official.

I think we should allow the drug companies and all other medical supply companies to bribe governmental officials at all levels.

For a relatively small amount of under-the-table-cash the medical suppliers could land billions in inflated contracts.

We 'may' benefit as the end result.
