0 HadIt.com Elder Buck52 Posted December 7, 2017 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted December 7, 2017 (edited) you can go to e benefits and go to the benefits that describe what your being paid for in (EOB) it will have the present pay raise on the letter or what your monthly entitlement will be in 2018 effective Dec 1 2017 I just printed off a VA Home Loan Certificate of eligibility and it had the pay raise figured in already. However as broken soldierpoints out We won't see it until Jan 2018 you should get a letter some times this month or next month.
