Private GERD DBQ Filled Out

Question

Currently rated 10% for GERD and applied for an increase. Had my primary civilian doctor look over my medical records and asked if she would fill out a DBQ. Luckily she did because I know how some doctors would not. Anyone have any guess on if I could be getting an increase or not? Also, does anyone know if I will be scheduled for a C&P as well? It's no problem if I have to go but I just figured with a DBQ then it could easily be fast tracked without having to schedule a C&P since I had already been service connected. Thanks!

Thank you.  I was Service Connected with Polyarthragia (Arthritis in many joints) which occurred from Lyme disease at Ft Knox in 1998.  I've been pretty much alternating Motrin and Aleve daily over the last 19 years.  I have tried Celebrex and it doesn't have the same effect.  I left military service in 2010.  I had my first Esophagrams in 2006 and 2017, Endoscopies in 2007, 2012, 2016, 2017, and Bravo PH monitoring and a manometry in 2017.  I'm trying to line this up, as I went through Vet Comp and Pen who only had me submit a 21-4138 and 21-526 Application.  Obviously it was denied.  I guess I am just curious about how solid my evidence is.  I am not appealing, it will take forever, I guess I can either submit for reconsideration, or most likely just file it as a new claim.
