63Charlie,

Not terrrible by any means, not great either.  I see that they are continuing your ratings on one that you had previously thought they were going to reduce, so thats good.

Also, a "diferred" issue, for me most have been in my favor.  You might be able to see on myHealthyvet what they are doing with that deferred claim.

And you did get a "no" on the IU, which is a bummer.

Thanks for posting your results, its a good read, and keep pluggin away, and hope you get a good decision on your deffered claim.

I have a copy of the DBQ rendered by the Oct. 2017 QTC examiner for an increase in my scar rating currently rated at 0%.

The DBQ for scars indicates two characteristics which would be evidence of a 30% rating for scars.

I had a DBQ performed by QTC, same date as above, for an increase for cystic acne condition.

My rating is 10% for cystic acne.

I submitted medical evidence from the pharmacy and my dermatologist showing I have been taking an oral systemic medication for cystic acne with no improvement, intermittently from July 2017 until Dec. 2018.

This warrants a 30% rating.

THE QUESTION IS:

Why wasn't anything mentioned about the increases or the DBQ done for scar and acne mentioned in the decision letter.

Not deferred, not even mentioned.

If you look, you will see the exams(DBQ) in the evidence list for scars, andskin condition, Oct 2017.

The above-styled evidence in the claims file should allow me two separate 30% rating increases.

HOW CAN ONE GET THE VA RENDER A DECISION?

For the VA to totally ignore this leaves me perplexed.

What now?

And for the record, the C&P examiner apparently has XRAY VISION because she never looked up my nose for polyps or other obstructions.

All this time, I thought that superpower was only in comic books and movies.

63Charlie,

Did you put in a claim for scars? and for acne?, or an increase for either?

Hamslice

Increases for both, Ham.
