That's the thing Buck my doctors says I need to start wearing it every night.

I had this about 3 years and haven't use it but about twice. I had another good night

I slept all night no dry mouth, nor lips. I also have the pillow & I have some great nasal

spray call FLUTICASONE PROPIONATE it is some real good stuff. I have sleeping

pills Quetiapine Fumarate that I take sometimes which is good 1 tab sleep in

20 minutes. This ICE thing works very well so far, something is working because I don't sleep

but about2-3 hours but the last two night 6-7 hours of sleep and feel good when I awake. Maybe

give it a try it might help.

  • 3 weeks later...

I finally gotten the heated tube and it does makes a big difference

When you use it it will be in auto- mode at 80 degrees  air at 4 AND IT

helps with the dry mouth. Finally getting some sleep with my mouth close.

You can set the air- temperature because at 80 it gets hot and make you sweat.

I like 72 degrees.  here is a link to it from ResMed https://www.resmed.com/us/en/consumer/products/accessories/climateline-climatelinemax-and-climatelinemax-oxy.html

I was getting dry mouth early on. I learned that the smallest of leaking around my full mask was the culprit. Now I take the time to readjust my mask from scratch every evening. I rarely have this problem anymore.

BTW, a nurse practitioner friend of mine said that because of her severe rhinitis, she puts Vicks in a small open container just outside the air intake port. It helps keep her sinus's clear and she is fond of the aroma. When asked, she told me that it hasn't had an adverse affect on her equipment
