38 CFR Articles

I'm looking for all of the articles in 38 CFR that provide the General Standards for rating disabilities.  Especially the one that states something like, "if a disability is not listed in the rating schedule the use the nearest disability to it for rating."

My brain is in a fog and I can't seem to find those articles or they have been removed.

You are looking for Analogus Ratings and this is under part 4.20.

WOW!  Looks like this can be updated in a more timely fashion.  Have to watch for changes.

Saw the note that it is not the official version.  But it is very helpful.  I will use both 4.1 and 4.20.  It is much easier to search and find what you need.  Put the complete list, 38 CFR, part 3 and part 4 in my favorites.
