Need advice please. Filed original claim July 2012, was denied and I filed an appeal and was denied again. Then I finally got the additional paper work i needed and in Sep. 2016 I got a BVA hearing through the Regional  Office  VIA Video teleconference in DC. Sep of this year it will be 2 years, and I have not heard anything. I do have a Ebenefits account, but nothing since i attended the Video conference. Is there anything i can do or call someone. Would appreciate help in this matter. Thanks John

Can you go in vets.gov it will give you a break down of the steps it has taken and currently where it’s at. You can also take a trip to the Regional Office if an option the phone 18008271000 usually aren’t as helpful as the people at the RO...
