Question

Ok my hubbys claim was picked up by Judge around the 18th of April.  Called Vso and talked to secretary and she said he the Vso had to take something over to The team on other 25th.  Can anyone estimate when they will finish with it?

Ok, so you have a docket number, right?  If you have a docket number, and then its "picked up by the judge", it "may" not be all that long if you can beleive the VSO.  My guess?

You might get a BVA decision in the next 3 to 6 months.  Then, there is another 3 to 6 months to implement the BVA decision.  So, I will guestimate that, if the VSO was telling you the truth, you may get retro deposited in the 6 to 12 month range.  You "might" see money before Christmas.  Maybe.
