2018, Got my Docket #

Question

Will post my appeal journey in this thread. Here starts the road to victory.

Sept 2017 - hired GloverLuck since I HADIT with getting denied by the VA with the injuries I have documented in my file. I was homeless, lost my marriage, and 15 years of my life.

April 2018 - Got my Docket #.

Hopefully it does not take 5 years, but I expect it for the traditional route, and not RAMP.

No word on the physician report I've been waiting on, I should have switched doctors since the IMO specialist told me to go see so and so and he was in the north location, while I was at the south location. So I will call Tomorrow and speak with the assistant about the status.

Called Peggy. Waited with speaker phone on, while doing things, and finally heard a voice. Peggy said that a letter was sent out on Nov 29, could take up to ten days before you get it in the mailbox. So next week I will see the status on the claim where the Houston Rater said that the C&P examiner had to redo it, no physical visit necessary.

As far as the one he knows, no new patients. So I'm going to aggressively press the issue tomorrow morning.
