Chapter 35 for ChampVA is great benefits (Fill out the applications) if these didn't come with your award letter you should be hearing from them soon and also the property tax exemption &Many more benefit's.(check with your county appraisal Office) take your Award letter and EOB Letter. showing your 100% P&T you should be able to print these letters from e benefits Site.
