Menieres disease was ruled out. I went through several ENT tests at the VA and it was determined that I might not have anything in my ears. I do have SC with CFS, (60) FMS (40) and PTSD (30). The VA Neurologist is sending me to an MRI to determine if there is something inside but not within the ears but rather outside.

I have been doing research about dizziness, vertigo as secondary to CFS, FMS and PTSD, all service connected.

Thank you.

If your ENT Clinic has not yet tested your hearing ? Usually thats the first thing they do after the ENT Doc examines you...something don't seem right here if they never have tested your hearing?

Get your VA PCP refer you to the Audiology Clinic and have them to test your hearing and if you have a ringing /or sounds in your head like crickets chirping  ringing sound  let your audiologist Know this...this is known to be Tinnitus and its a 10% rating for both ears./rather or not you show any hearing loss the tinnitus is still rateble.

Excuse me but this don't make a lick of sense?

Not sure why your being dizzy?, it could be different causes...you need to see either ENT OR NEUROLOGIST . Doc's

If you have been 0% sc for hearing loss , you may need another hearing test from private audiologist  IMO  to use the VA Guidelines and Maryland CNC Word Test.TO SEE IF IT SHOWS YOU DO HAVE MORE THAN 0%..file for increase on your hearing loss.
