Need help with smc i think i have a cue

I hope you can get a vet rep to help you with your claim.

There should be reps either at the VAMC you deal with or not far from it.

They might have made a CUE in the new decision as well as the old one.

SMC is mandated by law when the evidece warrants it.

Somewhere in the CUE forum here I posted the mandate and I also sent them their own regulations within M21-1MR-those links might still be here.

I think you deal with Buffalo like I do-do you go to the Bath NY  VAMC for care?

Ifso they have NYS Dvision of Veterans Affairs office right next to the Chapel , and also someone at the main hospital building to help prepare claims. I think every VAMC has VSOs or reps.
