Pending Concurrent

Rate this question

Ex-Navy Musician

Question

Recently got of the phone with the VA,and was told that there has been a letter generated, and my claim is now considered Pending Concurrent. The woman I spoke to at the VA did not know what that meant. The little info I could find related to retirement pay.. I did not retire, I served fourteen years, and was medically discharged, under honorable conditions. Waiting for TDIU going back to August 2010, so be patient, claims take a while, but they are worth waiting for.

I think in the above link I put the links to explaining Concurrent Receipt Disability

and also CRSC ( Combat related Special Compensation) - if the VA felt you are entitled to CRDP--they contacted (or will contact ) DFAS because the CRDP , if you can receive it ,is automatic-

CRSC has to be applied for.

CRDP and CRSC is also explained here more under a hadit search and we have CRSCers and CRDPers as members.
