I have just started drawing disability at 60%, I got out of the Army will the SSB, drawdown, when I got out of the Army I went to the Gaurd and retired from there, NOW, I have drawn three checks from the Va, I gotten a letter stating that my disability MIGHT be with held, I git with a Va rep, he made a couple phone calls, but no one seems to know what is going on, will I continue to get my disability checks or or they going to wait until I turn 60, and recouped the repayment through my Gaurd retirement???

Vets here are disussing the SSB draw down- in the above link  and as I understand it, it is a recoupment of separation pay-but you have I assume 2 DD 214s ---that is a factor that might help you----not sure.

If you google SSB draw down other sites will pop up with help ,hopefully ,to understand what VA "might" do.
