This is my case just sorry didn't know how to put it up.

When I did all this I was 10 %  for neck for 9 yrs found this site. An learn so much.

Now I am on smc that was never granted or denied tht would b a cue

Because cfr state it must b write on decision. So if u were granted 100% An it was never look at or denied on your decision . There the cue

So what SMC are you trying to say you should have gotten that would warrant a CUE?  That is where I am confused.
