Ok I feel I really have a case for 4 yr the director of the vr&e has held medical devices from me that were grant.

They were aware of the problem I was have cooking feeding myself I have lost over 15lbs I take vitiam b12 shots my health has gone down have medical proof of this.

Progarm is to keep track of your health and make report never don

The program can last 24 months it been 4 yrs what is they puting in computer.

I have email with the regional drictor about this.

4 yr ilv I got a box of railing from hospital and ilv never would put them into my house.

I moved out my own house because I could handle thing ilv was aware not one referral any were.

Never referred for a&a now va hostipal is paying for 8 hrs of in home care.

My ? Is I wrote it and send it with damage amount. Do I still need to fill out there form.

Hi berta this tort is against the varo.and Vr&e and the director.

I apply 4 Ayr ago for the lvp I was accept

The director has never allow me a plan or my item. Or anything service never got medical reports on me nothing.

I nod to Washington they grant my scooter. Cooking classes in home because I was not eat right and didn't no how to cook for myself.

It came back an they refuse to implement the desicion. Or do any 4 yrs

The program is 24 month

Did I get injure Yes my b 12 level are very low now I have pcs 2 time aweek I had to move out my house to a smaller one

My depression has got worest.my other problem they should of help with.

But she has just held my medical devices.

That is my tort claim.

I only know how to file medical malpractice torts against VA doctors.I don't know what the IVP is

Thank you but ch 31 has a program independent living.

You can sue any part of va for wrong doing abuse of power.negelect 

If u can show your injuries. Or harm

If u no the program u may no what I am talk about it a program that is to help veterans live independently.

I have been have problem with the director of the ch 31 department. I have record of this. She has held my medical devices. An let my health go down do to her abuse.

There are rules in the mr28 for this program that she has valided. 

This is just like malpractice case to me and I will b try it.

I noticed there are quite a few ILP decisions at the board.

It seems you have a very legitimate gripe.

Do you have a formal denial decision f the services they did not give you?

Did you file a NOD on that denial?

Do you have a decision denying you what you asked for?

If so please scan and attach it here- (cover C file #,name, address prior to scanning it.

I am sure ASKNOD will see it-

It seems to me that you can appeal any ILP decision- it might be far better than trying to do a Tort claim---

For a Tort claim you would have to prove with evidence what they denied and why and that you have incurred additional disability at a ratable  level due to their negligence.....which also has to be medically proven.

If some one can help post that decision u may understand me more.

I have been accepted case send to d.c and the director will no purchase the item they told her to.

The head director of regional office has email her these are medical devices.

My tort will be base on this I never took b 12 shot. I am now 70 for depression and I have home care since she has done this.

If u are aware there are medical report that are to b put in the computer about any in ch 31 program. Never done for me and my case has been open 4 yr.
