Question

Today marks Day 92 since I opted into RAMP and today eBenefits went from Claim Received status straight to Pending Decision Approval.   These Appeals are all HLR with requested Informal TeleConference, which has still yet to take place.  I am just wondering if anyone else has got to this point and an Informal TeleConference either happened after this notice was given or never happened at all?    I said I would let everyone know when I knew something.

Status of Your Claim

PENDING DECISION APPROVAL

  • Submitted: 05/10/2018 (Appeal)
  • Estimated Completion: 08/27/2018 - 09/17/2018

Unlikely.  You are much more likely to get a c and p at your initial VARO decision, OR, if ordered by the BVA.

If you are in appeals, and DO NOT have all your symptoms documented, as well as all the Caluza elements covered, you should have done this earlier.  Dont expect VA in Ramp to do a c and p for you.

ONE reason:  The Duty to assist is changing.  The VA has a dta in your initial claim.  But the DTA is not happening at RAMP, and its not happening at the BVA and certainly not the CAVC.

My VSO seemed to think I'd get new exams ordered. That being said I have 3 IMO each now for all 3 of my issues plus lay evidence. The caluza elements are proved. The FAULTY C&P exam and the gentlemen who performed my 90 second exit exam have both been discredited by a specialist. I did do all my stuff earlier and have my act together.

Just a quick question for everyone. So I am in RAMP. My RAMP appeal consists of 4 different issues, one is an earlier onset, one for an increase, and two changes they made to my disabilities that should have been additional disabilities and not changes. Anyway I get a letter from the DAV today giving me an informal decision, but it was only for the earlier onset and not the other three issue. Anyone experience this before? Usually they send a letter addressing all the issues at once. Just wondering. Thanks in advance.
