Question

I was just granted a additional 20% for Dry Eyes, if i add this new 20% to my Current -  20%,30%,10%,60%,30%,10%,20%,10%,10%,10% will i be at 95% which would take me to 100%?

Using the disability calculator it looks like you now have 100%  A calculator that includes the bilateral factor can be found at:

https://www.hillandponton.com/va-disability-calculator/

Once you are at 100% a lot of other benefits kick in.  Look towards your new decision letter to find what you are entitled to.  A very important one is DIC for your spouse, after ten years she will get this no matter what you die of.

Before this New 20%, I came up with 92.592 rounded down to 90% based on 60-30-30-20-20-10-10-10-10-10. You didn't mention any Bi-lateral Factors being involved, is that correct? The "New" 20% SC Dry Eyes Rating, when combined with your existing (10) separate SC's, now get's your CSC to (94.0743), still rounded down to 90% CSC.
