I received my decision in the mail from the BVA and they granted my appeal for an EED back to 1993. I filed my first claim back in Jan 1993 for two conditions. They only adjudicated one of the the two conditions at that time. I filed another claim in 2013 for the same condition and was awarded for the condition.
