Case with veteran law judge

So about 2 years ago I was awarded 100% P&T for PTSD; however, the VA did the backpay to my last C&P exam. My lawyer feels the back pay should go back many years more than it did. When it shows as, 'Case with Veteran Law Judge,' how much longer do I have until I know if he grants be a better back date?

Always remember, there was a time when I was dumber than the dumbest of you. Sadly, I remained that way from '89 to 2007. I summarized it crudely in the beginning with the logo Win or Die. This indicates that a Veterans Law Judge has made a decision on your appeal, and that final administrative steps are being taken by the Board to ensure that you (and your representative, if any) are mailed a copy of the decision.

 

Well this was fast. Is this a bad sign for a better backdate? Going this fast it feels like a denial to me.

Checked E-ben today and it now says the Appeal is complete. Waiting on notification.
