Seriously, its just a way VA has to divide Veterans care into "teams" because some days, Doc x is gone, but maybe Nurse B is there so she can deal with your issues. The idea is you should not have to wait 2 weeks while your doctor gets back from his golfing vacation in Arruba..you should be able to contact another team member who can assist you because the "blue" team all work together to know about you and what you need. If the doc on "blue team" is gone to arruba for 2 weeks, he should arrange for the "red team" to help meet your needs. Find out what team you are Blue, red, green, pink, poka dots, etc, etc, and, when you call or go by the prime care desk, ask for someone on your team as they should be most familiar with you and your doctor.
