Question

While at my C&P for diabetes my feet were checked for PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY. The exam was for an increase as I'm now on insulin with limited actives and restricted diet. The doctor agreed and also stated I have PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY in both feet and documented it in the DBQ ,. Will this be looked at for compensation? or why is this a requirement in the examination when it was for the increase for diabetes due to insulin?
