Got my BVA decision

Question

Haven't been able to talk to my lawyer yet, but i'm like 98% sure I am getting more backpay.

ORDER:

Entitlement to rating higher than 70% for ptsd prior to feb-01-2016 (last backdate) denied

Entitlement to a total rating based on TDIU is granted from 12-08-2011 to Jan 31, 2016.

So if I understand this correctly; I am getting roughly 4 years worth of backpay?

Looks to be that way, now it may take a bit to get the retro they drag their heels figuring out your lawyers fees which if you have none it will go a little quicker.

I don't mind it taking some time. I been living fine and assuming i'd never get a better backdate. I'm just glad someone replied and confirmed what I thought. As fast as the veteran law judge did his part I was for sure he denied me backpay. It would be nice to have it before the year is up, but I don't need it this year. Heck, I finally got my credit back on track with a chapter 7 and still have about 15 months until my 2yrs are up to qualify for a VA home loan.

Im guessing you are asking how long will it take VARO in Cleveland to "implement" your BVA decision?

Cleveland, sometimes has "round tuits" in this office.  So, when Cleveland gets a "round tuit" you get paid.  No one knows when they will get a round tuit.
