Dallas was not so good  just 2 stars...eh!  bout right.

In typical VA Style, its unclear if the Top rating is a "1" or a 5, so Im sure when Va took this data, they also deliberately confused Veterans to not be able to tell whether the best was a 1 or a 5.  

Va thinks we are mushrooms, they keep us in the dark and feed us Bull Schist.  

Veterans deserve the best care, and, regardless of whether "1" or "5" was the best, most of them were lagging, as expected.

@berta is there a way to see only my areas backlogs etc? I in Seattle. I was under the impression that on the VA site I could drill down to my VAMC, but I seem to be missing the linkages to do that.

I have had considerable problems accessing the BVA web site-www.bva.gov

but their 2017 Annual Report to Congress might have that info.

If you get to the BVA it is a link on the right hand side of their Home Page. I have had problems with the Main VA web site as well.

Yippee- I go to the BVA many times a week. I have learned a lot from their decisions.

What you need might not be in the report, but it contains quite a bit of info on claims.
