Dont count on the lottery, and dont count on VA "adding" conditions to those you are applying for. I mean if your at your C&P EXAM and the Dr' notice something is wrong say for example mental problems & or depression...and your there for Sleep Apnea? are you asking if this Examiner will file for the Mental Problem?
