Benefit Summary on Ebenefits

Question

My case shows under Benefit summary on Ebenefits-One or more service-connected disabilities(yes), Your combined service connection evaluation is 70%, Your current monthly amount award is :$1365.48. But it then says the effective date of the last change to your current award was December 1, 2017. What does this mean? Does it mean that my pay rate is based off the last rate of 2017 for veterans? My claim was filed February 2012, so this can not be my EED.

I think that means it is when your last raise went into effect for disability I have that same date but if look under your list of disability it shows the EDD dates.

yep ... every rate change, or cola changes that date. it will change again once the next raise goes into effect in 2019
