We're CONFUSED

First of all, thank you for being here to help us!  My husband is Retired Army and disabled.  He put in a request for an increase for his knee.  He went through the process and we're waiting on an official letter.  On his ebenefits page, his rating is still at 90 percent, and it says the case is closed.  He added it all up and comes up with 90%.  The weird thing is that we have a deposit in our account of what we consider to be back pay for him if he was awarded his 100%.  We've been over and over with the VA math and are still coming up at 90%.  Can someone help us?  Thank you in advance!

You will just have to wait for the envelope to know for sure, as always.  It could be you were awarded tdiu especially if you are not working.

He never applied for that..hmmm

Your representative may have filled out the form for you.  Many Vets dont know TDIU from the ACLU.  

(This is the reason I dont like to answer ebenefits questions...we dont know, then take a guess, and others dont like our guess.) .

@fourstubbs the wait is painful, it's helpful to have a hobby. I started HadIt.com, some fish, or build stuff just find something you can disappear into for awhile because it's nerve wrecking.

I agree with Ms T bird ,  find you a hobby...the waiting is stressful and it don't need to be.

Heck fire now days veterans have the pleasure of the Internet and can look on e benefits to check the status of their claim/claims. Although  (e benefits is not always reliable)

Back in  the past when  a lot of us were working our own claims we  just had to wait and check the mail box everyday  and  the wait and the unknown was very stressful.
