Wanderer Posted January 16, 2019 Share Posted January 16, 2019 Well, eBenefits says the VA just raised me to 80% from 30, most likely for bipolar, since I had just been examined for it. I'm very happy. This is life changing. I hope they pay me soon because I have til tomorrow to pay rent or get evicted... The official letter pdf says the effective date is Dec 1, 2018. Does that mean I have to fight to get back pay, even from when I opened the claim a year ago? My first claim for bipolar was about 23 years ago.
