0 stumpy579 Posted January 22, 2019 Share Posted January 22, 2019 My appeal status on Ebenefits went to "With Veterans Law Judge" dated today. On VETS.GOV it says the same as yours "recently closed" with todays date. I called BVA and the guy told me its not closed they are still working on it. I told him what it says on VETS.GOV and he repeated its not closed they are working on it. I said it don't make sense and he repeated it again.
