Ebenefits shows claimed opened and closed same day

I can't see my current stuff that's been granted on ebenefits anymore,that I'm currently waiting on a rating letter for.It states that claim has been recieved and closed on today's date,what's this about?Thanks for the help.

There's a lengthy discussion of this under a different thread. Apparently it happened to a lot of people, including me. I think it's some sort of glitch in their system. I sent IRIS an email asking about it and this was the response:

Your file has been uploaded to an electronic filing system that allows multiple offices to access your file and develop your claims at the same time.  According to the Board's database, the Department of Veterans' Affairs Regional Office transferred jurisdiction of your appeal to the Board on 1/23/18.  After reviewing your appeal for readiness, the Board will, if appropriate, consider the appeal according to its place on the docket as required by law.
