Question

I see a fax number for my 21-8940 form, so I know I can submit to the VA that way. Can I also photograph the Employers Form 21-4192 make it into a .pdf and email it to my former employer and ask them to complete it and photograph it as a .pdf, return it to me and fax that to the Evidence Intake Center?

Many Vet advocates advise NOT to send originals.  However, if VA requires an original, then send them what they ask for.

I cant think of an example when they require an original, but stranger things have happened.

If documents contain sensitive personally identifiable information, don't send it through email unless it is encrypted.
