Last decade I read of one person who had cancer and it took her 9 months to get the retro after filing the claim. That was years before the housing bubble burst as a Medical Dr Ron Paul claimed it would. The point is when the economy isn't doing well everyone comes out of the woodwork and starts claiming everything even if they don't have that injury. That number would be absolute zero. Like how they got rid of that one tiny office, in 2017 with only like around 6 employees , where they actually help answer the questions vets had via the telep

I believe the RO's do not have phones. They are sequestered in the basements of federal buildings and can only be seen at night when they scurry out to go home to their dens.
