Va.gov shows appeal was approved on 2/6/19

Good afternoon all, 

        On va.gov it shows that my appeal was approved on 2/6/19. How long before I will receive a notification letter? I called into the 1800 number but the fellow I spoke to didn’t sound too sure. He stated that the notification letter should have been scanned by now once they closed the appeal. It’s really confusing as to how this whole thing works. TIA!

Maybe, but probably not.  VA.gov is careful not to give advance notice of the decision.  Like everyone else, you are gonna need to wait for the envelope.  

However, if you have a letter, in ebenefits, that states you have been awarded x benefits, then that is usually pretty good.  

You probably will be waiting from 2-12 months for VARO to implement it, that is, if it was approved.  It may not take quite that long if this was not a BVA appeal.
