Hi Oceanbound,

In 1998 my husband was diagnosed with “dementia due to head trauma with mood disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder” by the VA and he was rated with a 100% permanent and total service-connected disability.  code 9304

Thank for your help

It looks like a 100% rating, hopefully with SMC for TBI..  Also look at the migraines and see if you are service connected for this, it is only a 50% rating but would drive you further to SMC.

Dear Berta, Asknod , doc25, Tbird, Buck52, broncovet, vetquest, Oceanbound, and other hadit members. You have all helped me so much with my Husbands (The Marine Boxer) claim in the past.

I finally got my husband’s final reports and DBQs. Would some of you hadit members please look them over and give your opinions? I am getting ready to send all or this to my husband’s VSA to be submitted to the VA

Thank you all very much for all your prior advice. you have helped my husband so much and we truly appreciate all your help.
