The way I read it, after Feb. 19, everyone is in RAMP.  However, there was some controversey about that, and I dont know if that has been resolved or not.  Since you are still getting C and P exams and dont have a decision, then you could be one of the first to know.  

 

MY opinion is that you should NOT opt in until, at least, you get a denial.  You should get instructions on how to appeal when/if you get a denial.   However, if you do succeed in getting into RAMP BEFORE your decision (I doubt it), I can not see why this would mean more c and p exams.  Some of the regualtions have been updated to include RAMP language, but the vast majority is still the same.

I believe  claims in the legacy process before Feb 19th will be work as usual  and claims filed after Feb 19th will be place in RAMP.
