I dont know what "nva" means.  

Did you check your I9 filing to see if all the issues are listed???  

Unfortunately, the Board does not have to decide all issues.  The ones they dont decide are "deemed denied".  I suggest you submit new and relevent evidence, and allege they omitted some claims and you would like them adjuticated also. 

If you did not dispute these issues, IN the NOD and the I9, then they will likely be considered abandoned.
