Question

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know of an MD who  can approve my physical therapy workers compensation appointments in Chantilly Virginia?

These are my requirements:

1. Takes United Healthcare

2. High marks for advocating for patients with DOL on workers comp cases from online sources (department of labor)

3. Experienced with workers compensation with DOL.

4. Experience with carpal tunnel

Will take over an open file that already has been approved and treated for carpal tunnel and now wishes to be reevaluated after being on a home care plan for 6 months. Any referrals Please? thank you!

Assuming you are a Veteran, (you didnt say so), did you contact your local VAMC?  They may provide physical therapy if warranted.  When you check in, they ask if this is related to a workmans comp issue, so, as always, be honest.
