It means you have "probably been spending too much time checking ebenefits".  Unless you plan on going to work for VA any time soon, this goes under TMI (too much information).  

Focus, instead, on the basics:  The Caluza elements, ordering your cfile, checking the 38 CFR's for the criteria of your desired rating, and how your cfile shows you meet or dont meet the criteria.    

We dont have enough information to know what "assigned" means because we dont have the context.  It could mean you have been "assigned" a parking spot as you were employee of the month.  It could also mean you are in college and your professor gave you your "assignments".  

Is this at the BVA?  Is it at the VARO?  Are you in Ramp?  Did you get the info off ebenefits?  

A few weeks ago, I was "assigned" a judge at the CAVC.    There are obviosly multiple things "assigned" could mean, and we cant honestly answer without knowing the context.
