Question

I’ve had Hep c for over 30 yrs. I took medication to clear the hep c. Thank God it worked. I have scarring of my liver. ( fibrosis). Should i worry the v. a. will reduce my disability rating. Thank you all!!

The va doesn't normally re rate veterans that have had a rating for 20 years or more unless fraud was involved. In your case you may even have a secondary claim for your liver scarring due to the Hep C.  Either way you would have to raise the subject in the form of a claim to find out... but I seriously  doubt you would lose the rating for Hep C.

Alex Graham has Hep C, they apparently did not lower his rating and he took that "cure" hep c drug also.

In my opinion  No But we never know what the VA will do.

Also you may want to check on the possibility's of a secondary condition from what this has done to your liver and other parts of your body .
