neck exam

Question

 

I was granted service connected by a va judge.It was for neck injury and neuropathy in both arms and shoulder.they sent me to a VA doctor to get a rating.He opined that

it was less likely as not that the injuries were service connected.Can this effect the outcome of my claim.Who takes precedence in this, A ruling or opinion.

Its definately not good.  But if a BVA judge granted SC, then the only issues are disability percentage and effective date(s).  

Are you sure this is a "grant", because they dont send you for c and p's with a grant, normally.  They do send you for a c and P with remands, and if this is the case, you will likely be denied by the VARO.  

You need an IMO/IME to refute this exam.
