My VA claim estimated completion date changed to 05/03/2019- 04/30/2019 Good sign or bad ?

My VA claim is in preparation for decision phase but my estimated completion date went from 06/18/2019 to 08/01/2020. What in the world does this indicate? Why so long all of a sudden. Very confused.

sad to say it only indicates stuff we will never know about until we know about it.

the completion dates are estimates and really mean the VA does not want to commit to a specific date.

Things that could change it  include, but are not limited too, workload, complexity of decision, the need for another C&P, that the payout for back pay will be higher than the local can authorize, or a hundred other things.

I just had a C&P and the date on Vets.gov was Oct 22nd, today it moved to Oct 23rd. This is a no brainer claim so the date that far out is a bit weird.

All we can do is wait.
