Question
Ebenezer
Hello,
I really appreciate any help I can get. In 2005 I was rated 30% disability (10% Left Foot achilles tendonitis, 10% Right Foot achilles tendonitis, and 10% for my left knee RPPS).
Question 1: I heard achilles tendonities and claimed that back in 2005. I was given free VA Health Care and my doctor ordered an Xray, he said that I had Heel Spurs (2005 to 2006) and that is pushing on my Achilless causing the pain. I just recently found out I can get a rating heel spurs, is that too late (12-13 years) to put in a rating for heel spurs that was discovered 2005-2006?
Question 2: Also, I am older now, both legs are just completely messed up. I can not walk normally, I am in constant pain, when I took my family to Disney World, I had to sit down because my feel were just completely swollen, painful tendons, and walking with a severe limp. When I sit down and rest, I stand up and tendons are so tight, I have to stand there for ten minutes and literally try to stretch it out. I literally will not be able to walk. Is it okay to apply for at least a 10% increase for the achilles tendonities for each foot or is it too late?
Question 3: Can I file for bone spurs, and achilles tendonities increase all at the same time or do it one by one?
I can thank you in advance for any help you may give.
