“At Least Likely As Not”

In the past month I’ve gone through 10 C&P exams. Almost all the Doctors determined the following were “At Least Likely As Not.”  Can someone please explain what this means for my claims? And I know times can change for decision by regional office but anyone wanna give recommendation on time.

PTSD -“At Least Likely As Not.” 

TBI - “At Least Likely As Not.” 

Tinnitus - “more likely than not”

Migraines - “more likely than not”

Bilateral Shoulder Dislocation/ Broken Clavicles / Chronic Pain - “At Least Likely As Not.” 

Bilateral Ankle ATL Tears / Chronic Pain - “More Likely Than Not”

Chronic Neck Pain bad ROM -“More Likely Than Not”

Chronic Back Pain bad ROM - “More Likely Than Not”

Degenerative Disk Disease - “More Likely Than Not”

Arthritis - “At Least Likely than not”

Sciatica Right Leg - “At Least Likely than not”

right arm nerve damage - “At Least Likely than not”

Looks like a bunch of ties and some in your favor. The ties would go to you also. As for the issues to me it looks good but no idea on percentage.  Also time frame is all up to them. If this is an initial claim they have been moving through in 4-6 months in some cases. More difficult ones longer. It just depends on the work load.

Thank you Shrek, this is my initial, started it in February, so the time frame you gave me is pretty accurate.

My Whole goal with this was to obtain service connection. Not sure in the percentages, just going to not worry about that now since it’s such a random toss up.

It is and it is not a toss up. You can kinda gauge where you should be by looking up va disabilities on the web and see what percentage on each fit you and you can see if you gave an accurate reporting of how bad it is. Like with my knee I am sure i sucked up the pain so I got a lower rating.

Swiftsig Great response from Shrek. All of them  sure appear to be in you favor. When you get your written response, BBE, they give you a final combined rating based on all the individual disability ratings. You will want to run those values in a combined-disability calculator to see how it compares to what the VA gave you. I know, it's hard to believe, but sometimes. yes, the VA makes mistakes! I like this calculator:

http://www.vvaarizona.org/combined_disability.php  Then, you have to see how much you need to factor in what your effectivity date is; with all your disability dates, you possibly can have more than one. If you don't agree with the back pay because of the effectivity dates, that is a NOD also. Be patient and wait for your BBE; should be there in a week or so.
